Return Policy


If equipment needs to be returned to SABCO Inc. due to manufacturer defect,  or for workmanship reasons, SABCO shall arrange for pickup and transport back to SABCO at its expense.  Upon receipt, SABCO shall first inspect the equipment and at its option make necessary repairs or replace the equipment, then return it once again to the purchaser at SABCO’s expense.

Freight costs shall be at the purchaser’s expense when equipment is returned to SABCO for reasons of quantity, color, design, capacity, etc., and is determined upon inspection to be neither defective nor have workmanship related issues. All such equipment to be returned must be received by SABCO within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date to the purchaser. SABCO shall refund the original purchase price of the equipment only (not including original freight expense to purchaser’s destination), minus a 15% re-stocking fee.   Items returned must be freight pre-paid and in original, clean and unused condition to allow for refund.

Contact SABCO prior to any return shipment in order to obtain return authorization from SABCO.  A copy of the return authorization must be included with return shipments.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This return policy  gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
