If you are ready to upgrade from Corneys, see our link below for PubJug.
This is the pump we used on BrewMagic systems for many years but it has been discontinued and we can no longer get them. Our recommended replacement is the March 815 High Temperature Pump. The motor is identical but the volute is much better. It is rated for high temperature and it's made of stainless steel. The recommended replacement pump will require some plumbing on your part to make the hoses fit. Please be aware this is not a drop-in replacement for very old BrewMagic pumps. To determine which style pump is on your BrewMagic system, take a close look at the arrangement of the hose fittings and compare it to the pictures on this site.
This is a 0.5 micron stone assembly to aerate your wort as it enters the fermenter. The end of the stone is threaded for easy removal and cleaning. Tri-clamp ready for easy removal and sanitary connection. Sabco uses this assembly on its famous ChillWizard system. This assembly is available in two ways:
- Stone assembly with tri-clamp connection
- Complete assembly with 1/4" brass barb along with the inline shut-off valve
This is a tri-clamp 90° elbow. The tri-clamp ferrules are 1/2". We use the small version on the top of our Sabco Fermenters to provide a stable mount for valves. We're sure you'll have other interesting ideas for them, too. We make these in two different sizes. The small elbow has a radius of 2 3/16". The large elbow has two different extension lengths. One is 3 3/8" and the other is 4".
This is a stainless steel type-J thermocouple temperature sensor. It was used on BrewMagic V350 systems until 2013. If you are purchasing this as a replacement for the temperature sensor on your BrewMagic V350 system, please look carefully at what you currently have. If your temperature sensor has 2 wires, purchase this thermocouple. If your sensor has 3 wires, then you need to replace it with an RTD temperature sensor which can also be found on this site.

This is a set of couplers for ball-lock Corney kegs. Two types are available: threaded and barbed. The barb type will fit any standard 1/4" ID tubing. Simply use a hose clamp. The threaded type, though, is easier to disconnect. Couplers are sold in sets of two as shown in the photo. You’ll get the liquid-out and the gas-in coupling.
Use this adapter to modify the female end of a Micromatic shut-off valve to accept your 1/2" tri-clamp hoses. It is also perfect for adding a shut-off valve between two tri-clamp hoses. American D-system keg couplers and shut-off valves utilize a special non-standard thread size. A specific adapter is needed to convert the special thread for use with tri-clamp fittings.

This is a set of burner orifices for previous versions of BrewMagic with high pressure cast burners as shown in the photo below. This is a set of 3 orifices. These are designed for use with high pressure cast burners only as seen in photo (3/8" Flare x 1/8" MIP elbow). The style of these may vary but the thread sizes do not change. Each orifice is designed specifically for use with propane. High pressure propane sources must be regulated not to exceed 15 psi manifold inlet pressure. If you need orifices for high pressure natural gas, please order this item and submit a note with your order. The note should request Sabco drill out the orifices for natural gas.
Say goodbye to Corneys! Now available in two sizes! 1/2 bbl (about 15.5 gallon) Finally... A serving keg that's economical, easy to clean and compatible with North American Sankey equipment. These are 1/2 barrel kegs with a North American Sankey valve and spear installed in a 4" tri-clamp cap. Please note the Sankey valve is NOT centered in the removable cap. This makes PubJug incompatible with some keg washing equipment. Homebrewers can easily clean these kegs without sacrificing sanitary fittings. Slightly more expensive than Corney kegs but with lots of features:
- 1/2 bbl (15.5 gal) stainless steel keg sizes available
- 4" tri-clamp, sanitary cap with tamper resistant closure for safety
- Includes drop-in, Sankey D-system valve
- 60 psi, pull-ring pressure relief valve with sanitary o-ring closure so beer does not touch threads
- Easy to extract the valve and PRV assembly for cleaning - the entire valve assembly can be taken directly to your sink for cleanup
- Simple upside down, manual, or automated clean out
- Cold-brew coffee
- Signature cocktails and margaritas in restaurants and bars
This LP hose will connect your propane bottle to your BreMagic system. It includes a 1/4" NPT male thread for connecting to the regulator on your BrewMagic V350 system. The other end connects to 20-pound North American LP bottles. Please note this hose will not work with most LP bottles outside North America.
This GFCI plug is a safety device, perfect for wet environments. If you have a pump or electric heater being used, it's a good idea to plug it into a GFCI receptacle or use this plug. This plug is rated for 120 Volts, 15 Amps and includes a ground. This plug is the American, grounded, 3-prong version. We use it in our ChillWizard system.
