ChillWizard Stainless Steel Plate Chiller
The ChillWizard is a very efficient brazed plate chiller. It is made of stainless steel - plate material is 316L stainless and the connections are 304 stainless. No threads on the wort connections. - This is a set of burner orifices for previous versions of BrewMagic with high pressure cast burners as shown in the photo below. This is a set of 3 orifices. These are designed for use with high pressure cast burners only as seen in photo (3/8" Flare x 1/8" MIP elbow). The style of these may vary but the thread sizes do not change. Each orifice is designed specifically for use with propane. High pressure propane sources must be regulated not to exceed 15 psi manifold inlet pressure.

The note should request Sabco drill out the orifices for natural gas. - This coupler will attach to any US Micromatic keg coupler. It will fit either the gas or beer side. - These spiral, stainless steel lock rings (also known as snap rings or retaining rings) will secure a Micromatic valve into the D-system, drop-in Sankey neck. Keep these on the shelf to ensure your kegs stay in service. These rings are specifically designed to fit certain valve types. Do not substitute them for other designs! Valves can be pressurized and must be properly secured within the keg neck for safety. - This is the famous March 815 pump with stainless steel housing. The stainless housing is more rugged and rated for 250° F. - This kit will help you convert your low-pressure, CSA-certified BrewMagic V350 system gas type from natural gas (NG) to propane (LP). Kit includes everything shown in the photo. There are several things to consider before ordering:
- Only purchase this to retrofit BrewMagic V350 systems which are CSA certified and designed for low-pressure, banjo-style burners.
- This is not for use with BrewMagic 2X, BrewMagic XL, BrewMagic Pilot or BrewMagic Pro.
- This is not for use with any high-pressure burner systems.
- Look closely at the photos to determine if you have elbow or straight orifices. Sabco begain using straight orifices in August, 2014.
- This is a package of 50 o-rings for keg valves. Color may vary. An essential item for keg maintenance. Use these o-rings along with the correct spiral retaining ring to get out-of-service kegs back to work fast! You should have removal tools and extra valves on hand, as well. Links to these items can be found below. You'll want to make sure you choose the correct o-ring for your keg valve. To do so, first determine if you have drop-in, threaded, or camber valves. We can help:
- Drop-in valves are installed by dropping the valve into the keyed notches located near the upper edge of the keg neck. Once in place, a stainless, spiral, retaining ring is installed into the upper groove of the keg neck. This holds the valve in position and prevents tampering. Use this o-ring if you have drop-in valves.
- Camber valves are installed by twisting the valve into the keg neck, then a stainless retaining ring is installed into the upper groove of the keg neck to hold the valve in position. Use this o-ring if you have camber valves.
- Threaded valves screw into the neck. At the base of the valve is a flat gasket. These valves do not use o-rings. Unfortunately, we no longer carry these flat gaskets. Do NOT order the o-rings on this page.
- This is a 0.5 micron stone assembly to aerate your wort as it enters the fermenter. The end of the stone is threaded for easy removal and cleaning. Tri-clamp ready for easy removal and sanitary connection. Sabco uses this assembly on its famous ChillWizard system. This assembly is available in two ways:

- This is the best way to carbonate using your Sabco Bright vessels. You can also turn your Sabco Fermenter into a Bright tank. - The Dirty Gauge was invented by Steve Acord at Dirty Bucket Brewing Company in Woodinville, WA. This brilliant product accurately reads pressure during the carbonation process. You can attach the Dirty Gauge directly to the top of your Sabco Fermenter. Use this in conjunction with our carbonation stone and speed up the process considerably. Two options are available. The coupler thread option includes the gasket for the threaded nut. The tri-clamp option does not include a 1/2" tri-clamp gasket or clamp.

Small sight glass with sanitary tri-clamp fittings
This small brewing sight glass is durable and sanitary. Notice the thickness of top and bottom plates. Easy to take apart for cleaning. Available as either sight glass only or as a kit designed to retrofit older BrewMagic V350 models that used a plastic tube as sight glass on mash inlet. You can connect this sight glass with a 1/2" or 3/4" tri-clamp connection.- These are replacement sight glass tubes for the BrewMagic V350 system. These sight glass tubes fit the boil kettle and the HLT. Sold in packages of 2.
- Silicone tubing is ideal for high temperatures. This tubing is rated for -100°F to 500°F. Perfect for moving wort out of your boil kettle. Meets FDA standards and is tasteless and odorless. Available in 1/2" and 3/4" ID. Tubing is sold in lengths of 10 feet. For example, ordering a quantity of 2 will give you 20 feet. Other specifications:

- This is a stainless steel type-J thermocouple temperature sensor. It was used on BrewMagic V350 systems until 2013. If you are purchasing this as a replacement for the temperature sensor on your BrewMagic V350 system, please look carefully at what you currently have. If your temperature sensor has 2 wires, purchase this thermocouple. If your sensor has 3 wires, then you need to replace it with an RTD temperature sensor which can also be found on this site.
- Use this barb when you need to connect 3/8" ID hose or tubing to a 1/2" or 3/4" tri-clamp. We use this on our dual regulator to push CO2 into a fermenter or bright tank.
- Brewer hose with tri-clamp fittings included. Don't purchase them all separately like some sort of fool. This hose is 5 feet long and allows you to make a quick, sanitary connection between tri-clamp components. - This is a tri-clamp 90° elbow. The tri-clamp ferrules are 1/2". We use the small version on the top of our Sabco Fermenters to provide a stable mount for valves. We're sure you'll have other interesting ideas for them, too. We make these in two different sizes. The small elbow has a radius of 2 3/16". The large elbow has two different extension lengths. One is 3 3/8" and the other is 4".

- This tri-clamp, sanitary thermowell can be used in place of the standard dial thermometer on your Sabco fermenter. - This is the ideal keg coupler for filling and cleaning. Compare this wash head coupler to standard couplers:
- Standard couplers have a small CO2 inlet. This coupler is large on both the gas and the beer side.

- Do you have a false bottom in your BrewMagic V350 kettle? Consider converting to a whirlpool siphon. It's easy to manually create a whirlpool in the small kettle on a BrewMagic V350 system if you have this tri-clamp siphon. After knockout, rotate your spoon around the perimeter of the kettle to turn the wort and create a cone of trub.
