High Pressure Burner Orifices

The Brew-Magic burner orifice (jet) is the opening into the burner casting from the regulated gas manifold. It’s designed to control the flow pressure of the incoming fuel. This is a complete set of three gas orifices.

CAUTION:  These are designed for use with High Pressure cast burners only as seen in photo.  ( 3/8″ Flare x 1/8″ MIP elbow ). The style of these may vary however the thread sizes do not change.

Each orifice is designed specifically for use with either propane (LP) or natural gas (NG). High pressure propane sources must be regulated not to exceed 15psi. manifold inlet pressure.

Choose the fuel gas type that you intend to use in the options below.

Set of 3 orifices.  These are designed for use with earlier model Brew-Magic,  High Pressure cast burners.  See the photo below of the cup style cast burner.  Your system burners should look like these.

Pressure is specific for the proper efficient use of the gas by the burner, and different for both LPG (propane) and NG (natural gas). For this reason it is important that the correct orifice be used with the correct burner type as well as the correct gas type.

Contact SABCO and consult the Brew-Magic manual for specific information regarding making the change from one type of fuel to another.
