  • This Dual Regulator allows you to use one CO2 bottle and deliver 2 different pressure levels. Sabco recommends the Dual Regulator for filling kegs because you can use one pressure to move beer and simultaneously apply lower pressure to the head space in the keg. This keeps foaming to a minimum and lets you fill your keg more efficiently without giving up on the closed transfer. The Dual Regulator is designed for use with American bottle gas systems with the standard high-pressure threaded outlet. It is incompatible with most other gas bottles and you'll have a very hard time finding an adapter. Trust us on this one. The assembly includes:
    • High quality regulator with two independent controls
    • Two reinforced hoses, each 6 feet long
    • The end of one hose comes with a tri-clamp adapter so you can easily connect to your Sabco Fermenter gas port
    • The end of the other hose connects directly to the gas side of the coupler on your Sabco Bright vessel
  • Stainless steel chamber for low-density heating element. No threads. All sanitary welding by the best welders around. Constructed of 304 SS, 15.13"L, 1.38"ID, 1.5" tri-clamp connection. Wort in/out tubing is 0.5"OD. Heating element sold separately. See link below.
  • This heating element is designed to fit the BrewMagic RIMS heat chamber. It's made of stainless steel and connects with a tri-clamp. Use this as a replacement for any BrewMagic heater that has the tri-clamp design. It's easy to clean, has a large surface area for low wattage density and the tri-clamp makes it easy to disconnect. We also include a removable electric plug as shown in the picture. Low wattage density means you don't scorch your wort. No caramelization as long as you keep your wort moving.

  • 4″ Sankey Tri-Clamp Cap

    $95.00$110.00
Easily convert your 4" tri-clamp storage vessels to a standard D-system Sankey for simply cleaning or dispensing. This specially designed cap allows inspection of the interior with the simple removal of the tri-clamp. Take advantage of the convenient Sankey valve and then quickly extract the entire valve assembly to easily clean the inside. Important Note: A PRV (pressure relief valve) is needed for your coupler or tank. Serious personal injury may result if your pressure vessel does not include this.
  • This 4" tri-clamp cap can be used to upgrade an older Sabco Fermenter to the current design. Two sanitary ports in the cap give you lots of options. On our Sabco Fermenter we use one for blow-off. The other port can be used to inject oxygen or COwith our Carb Wand. This lets you use your fermenter as a bright tank. Pro tip: Get this cap along with the Carb Wand and Dirty Gauge (links below) to carbonate very quickly right inside your fermenter or bright tank. This cap also includes 2 tri-clamps, 2 caps and 2 gaskets.
  • Sabco Carb Wand

    $85.00$110.00
This is the best way to carbonate using your Sabco Bright vessels. You can also turn your Sabco Fermenter into a Bright tank. The Carb Wand can be inserted into your Sabco Fermenter or Bright using the 3/4" tri-clamp port in the top. Then, connect a bottle of COfor carbonating or oxygen for aerating. The 0.5 micron stone on the Carb Wand will get the job done quickly. For older Sabco Fermenters without the tri-clamp ports in the cap, purchase this Carb Wand along with the new Fermenter cap (see link below). Made of 304 SS. Includes shut-off valve and brass 5/16" barb.
  • Sabco jet burners are not messing around. This burner is rated at 120,000 BTU. It measures 8" in diameter, weighs 4.6 pounds and has 2 types of built-in brackets for adapting igniters. Gas pipe connection is 1/2" NPT. Designed for low pressure. Natural gas supplies are typically already low pressure but bottled propane will need to be regulated below 11" water column for these burners.
  • Sight Glass

    $80.00$140.00
Built to Sabco specifications, this sight glass is durable and sanitary. Notice the thickness of top and bottom plates. Easy to take apart for cleaning. Available as either sight glass only or as a kit designed to retrofit older BrewMagic V350 models that used a plastic tube as sight glass on mash inlet. Use with any 1/2" or 3/4" tri-clamp connection. Specifications:
    • Made of 304 SS
    • Overall length = 4.5"
    • Diameter = 2.25"
    • Tube diameter = 3/4"
    The retrofit kit option includes:
    • Sabco sight glass
    • Tri-clamp elbow
    • 2 TC clamps with gaskets
    • 1/2"OD compression union
  • The Dirty Gauge was invented by Steve Acord at Dirty Bucket Brewing Company in Woodinville, WA. This brilliant product accurately reads pressure during the carbonation process. You can attach the Dirty Gauge directly to the top of your Sabco Fermenter. Use this in conjunction with our carbonation stone and speed up the process considerably. Here is a summary from the inventor, Steve Acord:
I cold crash the beer first and sometimes transfer it to a clean fermenter which now becomes a bright tank. Within 24 hours the beer reaches 37° using either a cooler or ice bath. By adding CO2 to the tank slowly, just a couple pounds at a time you allow for a quicker and more efficient absorption of CO2. Here's a trick I learned from Rande Reed, head brewer for Snoqualmie Falls Brewing. Most small brewers don't have access to a Zahm meter or a good way to test the CO2 volume. By slowly bringing the pressure to 15 lbs on the tank and holding it there, I am able to achieve 2.5 volumes of CO2 very consistently. 15 psi was the number that was determined after testing using Rande's method on his 7 bbl bright tanks and applying it to the 1/2 bbl Sabco vessels. Introduce the CO2 slowly, reaching 15 psi and then slowly purging CO2 from the top as it is entering the bottom, I am able to precisely carbonate 7 bbl of beer in a few hours. When taking this to a 1/2 bbl level, keep the CO2 pressure at 5 psi rather than allowing the top to bleed it all out. All beer can be carbonated correctly and ready to keg within 24 hours. Cheers, Steve
Two options are available. The coupler thread option includes the gasket for the threaded nut. The tri-clamp option does not include a 1/2" tri-clamp gasket or clamp.
