This is the best way to carbonate using your Sabco Bright vessels. You can also turn your Sabco Fermenter into a Bright tank. The Carb Wand can be inserted into your Sabco Fermenter or Bright using the 3/4" tri-clamp port in the top. Then, connect a bottle of CO2 for carbonating or oxygen for aerating. The 0.5 micron stone on the Carb Wand will get the job done quickly. For older Sabco Fermenters without the tri-clamp ports in the cap, purchase this Carb Wand along with the new Fermenter cap (see link below). Made of 304 SS. Includes shut-off valve and brass 5/16" barb.

This is a very high quality thermometer with tri-clamp connection. Features include:
- Large 3" dial with bold, bright characters for easy reading
- Case, bezel and stem in 304 SS
- Tri-clamp connection in your choice of either 3/4" or 1.5"
- F° & C° in bold easy-to-read numerals
- Solid metal construction with stainless probe
- Hermetically sealed glass lens
- Easy calibration using screw on back of dial body
- Accuracy of +/-1% of full scale
- Tri-clamp gasket included

Easily convert your 4" tri-clamp storage vessels to a standard D-system Sankey for simply cleaning or dispensing. This specially designed cap allows inspection of the interior with the simple removal of the tri-clamp. Take advantage of the convenient Sankey valve and then quickly extract the entire valve assembly to easily clean the inside. Important Note: A PRV (pressure relief valve) is needed for your coupler or tank. Serious personal injury may result if your pressure vessel does not include this.
-
This keg coupler works with virtually all American keg valves. Commonly known as D-system. Features include:
- Stainless steel body for durability and resistance to chemicals
- Stainless steel handle fork for strength
- Tin/nickel plated probe is resistant to chemicals and won't chip like chrome
- Short handle is ideal for 1/2 bbl and 1/6 bbl kegs
- Includes built-in pressure relief valve (55-65 psi)
- Includes 3/8" barb for gas port (fits 5/16" ID gas hose)
- Industry standard beer port

The Dirty Gauge was invented by Steve Acord at Dirty Bucket Brewing Company in Woodinville, WA. This brilliant product accurately reads pressure during the carbonation process. You can attach the Dirty Gauge directly to the top of your Sabco Fermenter. Use this in conjunction with our carbonation stone and speed up the process considerably. Here is a summary from the inventor, Steve Acord:
I cold crash the beer first and sometimes transfer it to a clean fermenter which now becomes a bright tank. Within 24 hours the beer reaches 37° using either a cooler or ice bath. By adding CO2 to the tank slowly, just a couple pounds at a time you allow for a quicker and more efficient absorption of CO2. Here's a trick I learned from Rande Reed, head brewer for Snoqualmie Falls Brewing. Most small brewers don't have access to a Zahm meter or a good way to test the CO2 volume. By slowly bringing the pressure to 15 lbs on the tank and holding it there, I am able to achieve 2.5 volumes of CO2 very consistently. 15 psi was the number that was determined after testing using Rande's method on his 7 bbl bright tanks and applying it to the 1/2 bbl Sabco vessels. Introduce the CO2 slowly, reaching 15 psi and then slowly purging CO2 from the top as it is entering the bottom, I am able to precisely carbonate 7 bbl of beer in a few hours. When taking this to a 1/2 bbl level, keep the CO2 pressure at 5 psi rather than allowing the top to bleed it all out. All beer can be carbonated correctly and ready to keg within 24 hours. Cheers, Steve
Two options are available. The coupler thread option includes the gasket for the threaded nut. The tri-clamp option does not include a 1/2" tri-clamp gasket or clamp. -
Use this adapter to modify a keg coupler to accept your 1/2" tri-clamp hoses. Includes tailpiece and black buna gasket. American D-system keg couplers and shut-off valves utilize a special non-standard thread size. A specific adapter is needed to convert the special thread for use with tri-clamp fittings.

This is a package of 3 buna gaskets for tri-clamps. Use these gaskets to fit ferrules with 2" OD. This ferrule size is commonly used with both 1" and 1.5" ID tri-clamp fittings. These are the very same gaskets you will find on BrewMagic equipment with thermometer connections. Sold in packages of 3. For example, ordering quantity of 2 will give you 6 gaskets.

This is a swivel adapter to connect a 1/2" hose to any 1/2" male pipe thread (NPT). Use it to connect a hose to the inlet or outlet of a pump with 1/2" MIP inlet or outlet threads. The large grip-style nut makes it easy to snug up the adapter by hand without tools. This eliminates the possibility of damaging the o-ring by over-tightening with a wrench. This also allows an easy disconnect for cleaning. Kit contains one adapter (grip & tailpiece), o-ring, and hose clamp.

This bleeder valve helps you easily prime your magnetic drive pump. Use the bleeder valve to vent air trapped in the hose on the inlet side of the pump. Sabco includes this valve with each ChillWizard chilling system. We didn't always include it, though, so if you have an older ChillWizard, this is a great upgrade. Made of stainless steel. See link below to order high-temperature silicone tubing to connect boil kettle to pump.

Silicone tubing is ideal for high temperatures. This tubing is rated for -100°F to 500°F. Perfect for moving wort out of your boil kettle. Meets FDA standards and is tasteless and odorless. Available in 1/2" and 3/4" ID. Tubing is sold in lengths of 10 feet. For example, ordering a quantity of 2 will give you 20 feet. Other specifications:
- Working pressure up to 10 psi
- Odorless, tasteless and inert
- Good insulating properties
- Resists deterioration from ultraviolet light
- NSF 51 listed
