Mash Outlet Assembly

The Mash Outlet Assembly beautifully organizes the hoses and component connections of a tiered style RIMS system (using gravity from Mash to boil).

• Use the Mash Outlet Assembly to easily connect and coordinate liquid flow to and from all components.

• Thermocouple connector that places probe in the circulating wort stream. Otherwise you can also choose to place the probe directly into the mash kettle.
• Mash to Boil outlet ball-valve (SS)
• Mash to pump (or RIMS-WIZARD) outlet ball-valve (SS)
• 1/2" SS barbs to connect to HLT and pump (or RIMS-Wizard)

In the attached diagram, notice how SABCO uses the Outlet Assembly to the left of the Mash Kettle, then connects both HLT and Mash outlets to the RIMS-Wizard pump. Likewise the thermocouple probe (sold separately) from the Wizard is directly inserted into the Outlet and is placed in direct contact with the wort stream to provide accurate, controller-directed temperature adjustment. You can do the same thing with your pump and your controller. The ball valves will provide complete directional flow control to and from your kettle sources.
